Beginners Sourdough & fermented breads Work Shop - Saturday 13th of July

Our Sourdough Workshop will give you a greater understanding of how to achieve great results at home. We will cover a wide range of foundational topics including flours, how to take care of your starter and how to bake your loaves at home to achieve great results. After a full day of baking you will leave the bakery with some seriously tasty bread all made by you!

After a morning of mixing and shaping you will be able to take your dough home to proof or collect the next day after it has been baked by one of our bakers. You will also be given a banneton, recipe book and dough scraper so you have all the tools you need to bake amazing loaves at home!

There will also be hand made laminated pastries and Extract coffee served throughout the day.
