For lovers of butter and all things laminated. The process of lamination can often seem complicated but we aim to simplify the process. You will leave with the confidence to laminate dough and butter at home. Laminating dough can require some serious muscle when you are stretching and folding gluten networks but the reward of delicious pastries is worth it. You will learn to make Croissant, Pain au Chocolat, Cinnamon Rolls.

You will take home a recipe book with everything you need to succeed at home. You will be served hand made laminated pastries and Extract Coffee on arrival. After a morning of mixing and shaping we will enjoy a delicious lunch and finish the day by baking off your delicious pastries. You will be given your very own sourdough starter and freshly milled flour to take home.
